Order Processing We make every effort to ship the same business day for orders placed by 1 PM Central Time. Orders placed after 1 PM or on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped the next business day.
Please note that our warehouses do not ship on weekends, nor is Saturday or Sunday delivery available.
* Orders may be delayed by increased holiday business, out-of-stock items, or unforeseen difficulties. Mafia Buys will make every attempt to meet your shipping deadlines.
Order Cancellation If you must cancel an order for any reason, please e-mail us at sales@mafiabuys.com. A cancellation request is no guarantee that the order will be stopped or cancelled. In some cases, we may not be able to cancel an order because it has already shipped. If this occurs, we will gladly accept a return consistent with our non-defective return policy, but we will not be able to refund the shipping and handling fees and you will be responsible for the return shipping to Mafia Buys. We suggest that you use a reputable shipping carrier that issues tracking numbers, so that you can ensure that the item(s) is/are safely returned to our Returns Department.
Order Acceptance Policy The advertisement of any product on this site does not constitute an offer to sell. Your order or receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Mafia Buys reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order. Mafia Buys reserves the right at any time after the receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Shipping
- All shipping, billing and pricing errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all freight charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments.
- Backordered items are shipped at prices in effect when the item was ordered or current selling price, whichever is lower.
- Mafia Buys reserves the right to change the shipping method for any order without notice to the buyer provided that the shipping time is less than equal to the method selected by the customer.
Damage/Claims Damaged and missing item shipments must be reported to Mafia Buys Customer Service within seven days from receipt of shipment. Mafia Buys will initiate all freight claims with the carrier.
Due to fragile nature of product, TVs/monitors larger than 30” must be opened and inspected prior to accepting the shipment. Damage claims will not be paid unless damage is indicated on freight bill. All Plasma, LCD, HD-ILA and DLP products are opened for inspection purposes prior to leaving Mafia Buys.
To ensure damage/claim credit, all damaged products, original packaging and outer shipping box must be returned to Mafia Buys. For assistance, please contact sales@mafiabuys.com.
Return Policy
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained prior to the return of any merchandise. Please contact Mafia Buys Customer Service at sales@mafiabuys.com to obtain return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Defective products: Defective products may be returned for a full refund or replacement within twenty one (21) days of delivery. After the twenty one (21) day period, we can provide you with all of the information that you need to utilize the manufacturer's warranty.
- If you receive an opened (factory seal broken on delivery) or incorrect product you may be return it within seven (7) days of delivery. A replacement product will be shipped to you via overnight delivery at no cost to you. Mafia Buys will pay for the return shipping of the opened or incorrect product.
- Non-defective unopened products may be accepted for return within twenty one (21) days of delivery. A twenty (20) percent restocking fee may be a assessed. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Non-defective opened items are not eligible for return for any reason.
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and double boxed with the RMA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes being shipped back (i.e. 1 of 6, 2 of 6). Returns without an RMA number will be returned to sender.
- Products must be returned complete with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer's box/packaging.
Return Policy Exceptions Most TVs/monitors 30” or larger and projection products require in-field service repairs under manufacturer’s warranty. These products are not eligible for return. Please contact the appropriate manufacturer for troubleshooting and repair service.
- Samsung TV’s 14” or larger do not qualify under normal Mafia Buys Return Policy. Please contact Samsung at 1-800-SAMSUNG for service.
